The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a full-time role at a childcare centre in Gunnedah, NSW.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who values meaningful relationships, inclusive practice, and high-quality early childhood education and care.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking educators who are passionate, reliable, and committed to children’s wellbeing and learning.
You will ideally hold one of the following qualifications:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT)
Current paid Working With Children Check
Your Role
In this full-time position, you will:
Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
Support children’s learning through meaningful experiences and intentional teaching
Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels respected and valued
Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community
Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership to deliver high-quality education and care
Contribute to programming, documentation, and continuous improvement practices
